The spacious, air-conditioned apartments have laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment includes flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player.

This deposit will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 100 or cash deposit of AUD 200 for Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments;

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 200 or cash deposit of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments;

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 300 or cash deposit of AUD 600 for Three-Bedroom Apartments;

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 1000 or cash deposit of AUD 1500 for Penthouse Apartments.
