Meriton Serviced Apartments - Parramatta

Located on the banks of the Parramatta River, the stylish Meriton Serviced Apartments - Parramatta features an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a hot tub. A balcony is standard in all apartments.

All air-conditioned apartment have laundry facilities, flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. Studios have a kitchenette, and all other apartments have a full kitchen.

The apartment complex is 10 minutes’ walk from Westfield Parramatta Shopping Mall, Parramatta Train Station and the famous Riverside Theatre. Sydney Olympic Park is a 15-minute drive away.

A number of local restaurants can deliver meals to your apartment. There are also many restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk.

Please note that this hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 100 or cash deposit of AUD 200 for Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments;

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 200 or cash deposit of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments;

- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 300 or cash deposit of AUD 600 for Three-Bedroom Apartments.

Please note that all bedrooms (except in the Studio Apartment) have a king bed that can be split into 2 single beds. To arrange alternate bedding configuration, please contact the property directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (additional charges will apply).

Please note that all balcony doors to the apartments are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays due to the property’s safety policy.

Please note that for stays of 7 days or less, all children under 2 years are charged AUD $35.00 per stay for cots. For stays of 8 days or longer, all children under 2 years are charged, in addition to the AUD $35.00 fee, an extra AUD $5.00 per person per night for cots.
