The Park Regis Concierge self-contained studios and apartments offer impressive views across the city and harbour. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or dine at the refurbished restaurant and bar, complete with pool hall and gaming room, located next to the hotel.

The hotel's location offers many sightseeing and entertainment options on the North Shore. Visit Taronga Zoo, take a swim at Balmoral or Manly Beach or stroll to Cremorne Point where you can take a ferry to the city or Mosman Bay.

A bus stop is also located just outside the hotel, providing easy access to the city and nearby beaches.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated arrival time. This must be noted in the Special Request box during reservation.

Reception opening hours are as follows:
8 am - 9 pm Monday to Thursday
8 am - 10 pm Friday & Saturday
8 am - 6 pm Sunday

Please note that a 1.5% fee applies for payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard credit cards, and a 3.5% fee applies payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

Reservations made over New Years Eve are subject to the following policy:

All guests must present a credit card upon check-in. Regardless of pre-payment; a credit card will be required at check-in. A further amount will be held on this credit card as a security deposit for return of the keys and to cover any other incidentals you may incur.

Any guest arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation canceled and any prepaid money will be forfeited. Please note an EFTPOS or Debit Card is not a credit card and will not be accepted.

Please note that Park Regis Concierge Apartments requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in, regardless of any pre-payment. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the reservation confirmation. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in. A copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation to minimize the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider.
